We work with a diverse range of events including corporate conferences and product launches, luxury private parties and celebrations, exhibitions and trade shows, weddings and milestone celebrations, brand activations and marketing events, and hybrid events combining in-person and virtual audiences. Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering of 50 people or a large-scale event for thousands, we have the technology and expertise to create the perfect experience.

While we’re based in Dubai and have deep expertise in the local market, we provide services throughout the UAE including Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and other emirates. For special projects, we can also coordinate services in other GCC countries. Our local knowledge of Dubai’s premier venues, regulations, and logistics gives us a unique advantage in delivering seamless experiences.

For optimal availability and planning time, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for standard events. For large-scale events, product launches, or peak season dates (such as during major conferences or holiday periods), booking 4-6 weeks ahead ensures we can dedicate our full creative and technical resources to your project. However, we understand that exceptional opportunities sometimes arise with shorter notice, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

What is a Glambot and how does it work?

Our signature Glambot is a high-speed camera system that creates stunning slow-motion videos of your guests, similar to what you see at red carpet events and award shows. The system captures guests in ultra-slow motion (up to 1000 frames per second) as they pose, walk, or perform actions, creating cinematic moments that are instantly shareable on social media. The content is immediately available for guests to download and share, extending your event’s reach across social platforms.

Yes, one of the key features of our Glambot experience is instant gratification. Guests receive their high-quality slow-motion videos within minutes through QR codes, email, or direct download links. We can also integrate real-time sharing to social media platforms and provide branded content with your event hashtags or logos. For corporate events, we can create a content gallery that’s accessible to all attendees post-event.

Pricing factors include the type and size of equipment, event duration, venue location and accessibility, level of technical support required, and any custom content creation. We provide detailed quotes with no hidden fees, and our team will work with you to optimize the package for your budget.

Yes, we create comprehensive packages that combine multiple services for better value and seamless integration. Popular packages include the “Complete Experience Package” combining LED displays, Glambot, and custom content, the “Corporate Event Package” featuring presentation technology, live streaming, and professional support, and the “Luxury Celebration Package” with premium displays, interactive installations, and full technical management. Bundling services not only provides cost savings but ensures all elements work together perfectly.

Our service fees are comprehensive and include professional consultation and event planning, equipment delivery, setup, and breakdown, on-site technical support throughout your event, basic content creation and customization, and post-event content delivery. Additional services such as extensive custom content creation, extended setup times, or specialized installations may incur additional fees, which are always discussed and approved in advance.

Yes, we require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and begin event planning. This deposit allows us to reserve equipment, schedule our technical team, and begin any custom content creation. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit cards, and corporate purchase orders for established business clients.

Technical & Logistics

How long does setup take?

Setup times vary based on the complexity of your installation, but most standard setups are completed within 2-4 hours. Simple single-screen installations may take 1-2 hours, while complex multi-screen video walls or interactive installations may require 4-6 hours. Large-scale events with multiple installations may require setup over multiple days. We always arrive with adequate time to complete setup, conduct thorough testing, and make any necessary adjustments before your guests arrive.

Absolutely. Professional technical support is included with every installation. Our certified technicians remain on-site throughout your event to manage content, make real-time adjustments, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure optimal performance. For large events, we provide multiple technicians to ensure comprehensive coverage. Our proactive approach means potential issues are identified and resolved before they impact your event.

Our LED displays are designed to work with standard venue power supplies, but requirements vary based on screen size and configuration. Most single displays require standard 220V power outlets, while larger video walls may need dedicated power circuits. During our venue assessment, we’ll evaluate power availability and coordinate with venue management to ensure adequate supply. We can also provide backup power solutions for critical installations.

Yes, our equipment is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing audio-visual systems. We can connect to your current sound systems, lighting controls, and presentation equipment. Booking & Planning

What information do you need to provide a quote?

To provide an accurate quote, we need details about your event date and duration, venue location and layout, estimated number of guests, type of event and objectives, specific services you’re interested in, and any special requirements or preferences. If possible, venue floor plans or photos help us recommend optimal equipment placement. The more details you provide, the more precisely we can tailor our proposal to your needs.

Absolutely, and we highly recommend it. Our complimentary consultations allow us to understand your vision, assess your venue, discuss creative possibilities, and provide detailed recommendations. Consultations can be conducted in-person at your venue, at our showroom, or virtually via video call. This collaborative process ensures our final proposal perfectly aligns with your expectations and objectives.

We understand that event details sometimes evolve, and we’re committed to accommodating changes whenever possible. Minor adjustments to timing, guest count, or content can usually be handled without additional fees. Significant changes to equipment requirements, venue, or event scope may require quote adjustments. We recommend finalizing major details at least one week before your event to ensure optimal preparation time.

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while protecting our ability to serve all clients effectively. Cancellations more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund minus a small administrative fee. Cancellations 7-14 days prior forfeit the deposit but avoid additional charges. Cancellations within 7 days may incur additional fees based on equipment reserved and preparation completed. We’re always willing to discuss rescheduling options as an alternative to cancellation.
